VR Denta wanted their front desk to stop being the bottleneck: consultations booked at 2am, aligner plans visualized in 3D, and recalls that actually bring patients back.

Patients researched treatments at night — exactly when the clinic couldn't answer. Calls went to voicemail, aligner consults required an in-person visit just to see options, and six-month recalls lived in a paper diary. No-shows ran high and the chair sat empty between them.
We rebuilt the clinic's web presence around one question a patient actually has — "what would my smile look like, and when can you see me?" — pairing an interactive smile-plan explainer with an always-on booking flow, then wiring reminders and recall sequences behind it.
A booking-first clinic site with a 3D smile-plan preview (whitening, aligners, implants, scans), slot selection synced to the clinic calendar, automated confirmations and reminders, and a recall engine that re-books patients before they lapse. Every late-night visitor can hold a slot in under a minute.
The first morning we opened the calendar and found three consultations booked overnight, I knew the website had become an employee.
